Need to create cutter guide around face in picture

Hi, My wife is going on a hen night and I have a cut and print printer but can't do the graphics.  I have attached a picture and want to create a cutter guide and save to eps file so that it prints out at the actual size of a head.  Any help greatly appriated.

Regards

Couldn't really understand what you needed in the way of a cutting guide. Seems to me that you could use the edge of the head as a guide.
In any event, see if this will accomplish what you need.
I have isolated the head and removed the background.
Then I resampled the image (made it bigger) so that it will fill a full 8.5 x 11 printer page
When printing, you may need to set it to "Adjust to fill page" or whatever wording your printer has.

ASKER

Hi David, thank you for this, on the Roland wide format solvent printer I have, it has a software RIP called Versaworks and I have to dump the image into the RIP in either pdf or eps format, the RIP will look for a cutter guide within the file which should be 100% M 0% C,Y,K and named 'CutContour', when the sofware sees this guide around the face it will automatically cut along that guide.
