You may not be able to go back. I am not certain. I restored my own phone (for another issue) and IOS stayed at 7 where the original was 5 (I think). <br />

I suggest you take the machine to the local Apple store (make an appointment). They may be able to do it with their tools.

In any OS beta I have seen, vendors say &quot;only install on test machine, because you cannot go back&quot;. That may or may not apply to Apple IOS, but that is why I suggest heading to the genius shop.
