2012 identify is there are active sessions

Hi all,
quick question. If I want to shut down a server 2012 box how can I check if there are any open sessions. With 2003 you go to sessions in computer management but do I do it from 2012?

Many thanks

It does thank you but I'm new to power shell. Any chance you can provide the power shell syntax please?
There are not related to PowerShell. Those are native windows commands.
You just can run it from command line (the old CMD) or PowerShell console.
You could also, from an admin command line, run
netstat -an

Look for entries with ESTABLISHED next to them.
Ok so that gives open files, thank you, what about open sessions - someone has a map drive, or am I over thinking this?
