Event ID: 7011 A timeout (30000 milliseconds) was reached while waiting for a transaction response from the WSearch service.
Seeing this error pop up on a Windows 7 machine. Once the error happens the machine will freeze for a minute or 2 before resuming normal work flow. Outlook 2013 usually needs to be closed out completely (or have the process killed in task manager) when this occurs due to unresponsiveness. Any ideas as to what causes this to happen and how to prevent it from occurring the in future?

Found the issue wasn't related to the OS at all as it was caused by the Symantec Enterprise Vault plug-in.
