Mail bounced by bigfish.com - mailbox unavailable

Got one particular user who is getting emails to one external email address bounced all the time with the following error:-

Requested #<Requested #5.0.0 smtp;550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable> #SMTP#

To clarify:-

1. User can sent to other external email addresses.
2. From the same domain, I can send to this external user with no problems.

Could it be that user is on some sort of spam list that bigfish does not like?

It would appear that this user is blacklisted in that domain.
Check that user is using the correct email address.

May be using an old address on outlook history or could just be a typo

Deffo right email address. How do I check if domain has blacklisted?
Ok, worth a check.

If it was your domain that was blacklisted then you would not able to send mails either.

You can check by going to MXtoolbox.com and putting in your domain. Then do a blacklist check.

More likely that user themselves may have been blocked. Maybe ask the receiver to check their accepted and blocked lists in their email system, or in outlook itself.
Another good blacklist check is:

Nothing on the blacklist as I expected. Will check with reciever.
No I didn't think so, as you say that another user on your domain can send to that receiver.

Ask to get your user's email address whitelisted and check he is not marked as junk or blacklisted with the recipient.
