Highlight portions of email from cell phone

I have an android phone with a Gmail app installed. However, I now need a way to highlight portions of messages that I want to forward to other people. I'm trying to find something that I can use to highlight directly from my phone. Assistance is greatly appreciated.

If you mean highlight so you can copy a section then just long-press on a word in that section and then drag the two slider handles rhat appear to the start and end of the section you want. The copy button pops up.

If you mean colouring a section with highlifht to emphasize it then I cannot help you.

I mean colorizing yes. I forward them into Asana and want to point out certain parts of the email and my helper will know to remove the rest.

In your first link, that would work for highlighting, but I don't see a way to do colorization. I need to color, and then forward.
