Migrating Exchange 2003 to 2013 in a new domain
Mission: To migrate Exchange 2003 Ent to Exchange 2013 Enterprise. There are four Storage Groups each with 4 Mailbox Stores each containing @ 15 users some with 15GB Mailboxes. We have to perform this without breaking continuity in a 24/7 support organisation. An additional complication is that the new Exchange server will be in a different domain/forest.
Has anyone done a similar move successfully?
We are aiming to do it in stages - department by department (mailbox store by mailbox store)
In principle we know it's feasible but what we can't figure out is once a store is moved to the new domain how do we route email traffic to the new location while we maintain email traffic to the old location (the unmoved mailbox stores on a different IP address)
Would grateful for some advice :)
Regards, Simon

Thanks Mahesh - major oversight! The name space remains the same across the two domains

Does your SMTP name space will remain same in both domains ?
OR
It will be different in both domains ?
The answer of above question will decide your mail flow and co-existence
