We have conference rooms setup as resources on our global address book to schedule for availability. For example conference room 1 is setup as R_ConfRM1. We have certain users that setup a meeting incorrectly. What they are doing is clicking on the available time on the calendar from the resource itself so when the meeting notice goes out it will show the conf room as the organizer. So my question would be is there a setting in exchange 2010 that prevents a resource from becoming an organizer of a meeting?
