Excel IF OR formula

Hi Experts,

Please see the attached sample Excel file.  I need column B to populate age groups based on column A (age).  I know this can be done using an IF OR formula but not sure how to do it.  I need column B to populate the following age groups:

0-10
11-18
19-30
31-40
41+

Thanks for the help!

formula in B2 :
=IF(A2<11,"0-10",IF(A2<19,"11-19",IF(A2<31,"19-30",IF(A2<41,"31-40","41+"))))

Workbook updated / attached.
