"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Great Help!! thank you-
( you know i come to the site first using internet explorer and tried to download solution and it opened in an encrpyted text like text file- so closed internet explorer and used Mozilla- then when downloaded the database it opened fine- wonder if changes to ee- may have affected viewing with i.e. - or maybe just me)

This has to do with internet settings, how to open links.
I looked into that, and changed a setting to let internet explorer decide. And now it opens as you are experiencing.

Now I am removing the Internet explorer from the Open with list for accdb files using the registry. In firefox it does has an option to manage that.

You may, otherwise, right click link and select save target as.
