ILO solution or remote power control for the consumer market

Hello experts!

I am looking for a ILO solution or remote power control solution for the consumer market. I have a regular server at home with hardware created for desktop solutions that I would like to power on remotely when needed.  Is there any such remote power solution for regular consumers that I could install in my home server?

Many PC's support "WOL" (Wake on LAN). As soon as the NIC receives a magic packet it should automatically power on...

Consumer market means PCs? = Intel vPro or AMT - talk to the chipset. but it is so dependant on your hardware that it's hard to implement so not worth doing unless hundreds of them.
