ILO solution or remote power control for the consumer market

Hello experts!

I am looking for a ILO solution or remote power control solution for the consumer market. I have a regular server at home with hardware created for desktop solutions that I would like to power on remotely when needed.  Is there any such remote power solution for regular consumers that I could install in my home server?

Many PC's support "WOL" (Wake on LAN). As soon as the NIC receives a magic packet it should automatically power on...

Remote control software like "Logmein" for example can make use of this. Below are some links to tools and further reading about the subject:

TeamViewer is free for personal use (unlike LogMeIn - these days!)

Here's how to use it with magic packets

Consumer market means PCs? = Intel vPro or AMT - talk to the chipset. but it is so dependant on your hardware that it's hard to implement so not worth doing unless hundreds of them.
