Hi
Exchange 2010 environment
I got 2 mailboxes on the same DB mounted to server1
1st mailbox receives emails
2nd mailbox not
in tracking I see that emails sent to 2nd mailbox gooes for some reason via Intra-Organization SMTP Send Connector
I enabled verbose logging on Intra-Organization SMTP Send Connector but I dont see anything unusual
Please suggest what I can check

Can you paste the message tracking log and if possible the properties of Intra-Organization SMTP Send Connector in question?
To troubleshoot any issue, you can enable protocol logging on this connector (Protocol logging records the SMTP conversations that occur on Send Connectors and Receive connectors as part of message delivery).
Run the following command in the Exchange Shell to enable logging on the intra org send connector.
Set-TransportServer “servername” –IntraOrgConnectorProtocol LoggingLev el Verbose
The logs are written to the Send Connector protocol log (C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\TransportRoles\ Logs\Proto colLog\Smt pSend by default).

You cannot edit the properties on the IntraOrg Connector. Do you see the message within the Messaging Queue?
ASKER
No there is no message in queue
Can you then post the message tracking log output, basically run this, edit out the relevant information you dont want us to see (just replace it, dont delete it) and post it here:
Get-TransportServer | Get-MessageTrackingLog -Recipient UserNotReceivingEmail@contoso.com | FL
