Excel Template - Nice looking control worksheet

Hi Experts,

I am looking for a nice looking template or look for a workbook that have created.  This the control page for the workbook so it contains the date selection and couple other selections and then it also has several macros that the user can run from the page.  I am just looking for a clean and useful design that I could use that would make it appealing to the user.
Please provide an example if possible.

Thanks for the help,

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

It will be hard to give you good design examples without seeing your existing workbook.

The attached PDF (and Pic) are a snapshot of a sample Control page for one of my applications.   Designs are what you find pleasing and can range across the board.   I think simplicity is better, but others prefer a lot of information on the page.  This one has input fields for Start and End Dates.   The VBA returns the last update and number of emails processed for end user feedback after the blue button has executed the macro.Control PageControl--2014-07-15-05.19.pdf
