How do we convert orion-application.xml to weblogic-application.xml? how to migrate from OAS to weblogic?

We are migrating our web application from OAS to weblogic, We were using JAAS module in web application on oracle app server using configuration in orion-application.xml. I need to convert orion-application.xml to weblogic-application.xml in order to use JAAS madule. Here is my orion-application.xml.

This is very challenging activity. You will need to understand elements of both deployment descriptors and proceed further to migrate to weblogic accordingly. Below links can be useful to understand all the elements.
