Citrix xenapp 6.5 website down after changing IP

Hi

I have a Citrix xenapp installation on Windows 2008 R2 servers.

2 web servers
1 sql server
2 app servers

After my co-worker changed the IP's of all the servers (big project), when I try to connect to the main website I get the default IIS7 splash screen and not the Citrix web page.  The main error I'm seeing now is that the Citrix servers cannot contact the TS licensing server.  Not sure if that would impact the website displaying correctly.  I'm thinking that the website should still display, then  get a TS license error after attempting logging in.

Any Ideas?

Thank you.  That will help.  We have two web servers but I only get that message with one of them.  I had four of my cow-orkers log in to the web interface on the server that gives that message when trying to RDP to it and open IE.  Everybody was able to open IE with no problems, so I'm thinking Citrix is completely functional, but I can't TS to the one web server.

Does that help narrow down the issue?
thank you!
