please describe the problem with some more details...
which icons are rearranged? Icons from app installed at the server?
Icons from published apps? (these icons are possible removed and recreated while refreshing the ctx-application-list)

    Hi There,

We are streaming desktop sessions via Citrix. When users arrange icons on this session as per there requirement and logout or login again via same or different PC/tablet, the icons gets auto rearranged on the desktop (citrix session).

sorry my question is not answered...
some organizations use citrix apps at a published citrix desktop ... you also?
or are the moving icons from locally installed apps or documents?
if the user create a .txt file at the desktop, move it to the middle of the screen ... is the file existent at the relogon? is this file rearranged also?

at the windows 2012 desktop are nearly none icons per default. How reach the icons the desktop?

    Accepted Solution

    Hi dkotte
we used a third party app called fences that ensures that all icons stay the same whichever citrix desktop you log into.
