Need to allow only a certain IP to hit web server from the Internet

I need to set  up an ACL to allow only a certain IP to hit a web server on ports 443 and 80 but I've forgotten how to do it.  Will the following line work?  If not what should I put?   Thank!!!!

access-list acl-out extended permit tcp  host x.x.x.x host my.web.server.ip eq https
