PS command to pull list of systems from SCCM 2012

How can I pull a list of system that have the sccm client and End point installed on them from the sccm 2012 server?

Is there a list of sites of a front end that has predefined command to pull reports like this.

    Use one the of the standard reports, such as "Client deployment success report". For Endpoint you can use "Software 02D".
    Note you need to wait long enough for the inventory cycle to happen on all machines.
