Snap-do keeps coming back

I have removed Snap-Do twice for a customer.  When he goes on line for about an hour, Snap-Do takes over as his startup page in IE, Firefox, and Chrome.

After manually removing Snap-Do from all 3 browsers, I ran Superantispyware, which did not find it.   I did not try Malwarebytes, because it generally does not find this kind of trashware.

What can I do - or tell this customer - to prevent Snap-Do from coming back after I remove it a third time?

Install Malware Bytes and remove snap.do and the programs that installed it.. a purchased version of malware bytes can run in the system tray and stop it in its tracks

I had found that web site.  I will try Malwarebytes tomorrow.

Malwarebytes found traces of a lot of things.  This is not my most sophisticated user.

Additionally, Norton 360 turned up SRPTM as causing a lot of CPU activity.  I had to delete it in Safe Mode because there was no uninstall and deleting in Normal mode did not work.
