Using full screen mode in FF or Chrome moves the logo too high

I have a Wordpress site at I have used CSS to position the logo. It looks fine in "unzoomed" mode, but when I select Window > Zoom (in FF on a Mac) the logo moves up and is partially hidden from view and the scroll bar won't bring it down.

Am I using the incorrect CSS to position the logo and then "zooming" alters the position?

Did you check the page validation at

it found 17 error and 1 warning, and  a lot div tag without closing(</div>)

Could you clean it up first or check whether the error need to be solved or NOT ?
