Using full screen mode in FF or Chrome moves the logo too high

I have a Wordpress site at http://e3bldg.michianait.net. I have used CSS to position the logo. It looks fine in "unzoomed" mode, but when I select Window > Zoom (in FF on a Mac) the logo moves up and is partially hidden from view and the scroll bar won't bring it down.

Am I using the incorrect CSS to position the logo and then "zooming" alters the position?

Thanks
Mark

Did you check the page validation at  http://validator.w3.org/

it found 17 error and 1 warning, and  a lot div tag without closing(</div>)

http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fe3bldg.michianait.net%2F&charset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=Inline&group=0&user-agent=W3C_Validator%2F1.3+http%3A%2F%2Fvalidator.w3.org%2Fservices

Could you clean it up first or check whether the error need to be solved or NOT ?
