Hyper-V and 2012 Server Essentials

I have a 2012 Essentials Server with an  2008 Server Terminal Server box on my network.  I would like to Visualize the 2008 TS box and run it on the 2012 Server Essentials Box in Hyper-V.

Is this doable and how?

Thanks

You have to virtualize BOTH on one server - a VM with Essentials and a VM with the Terminal Server.  You cannot (should not) run Hyper-V on the Essentials system directly.  If you don't have a 2012 license, you can use the free hyper-V and a Windows 8 system to manage it (or third party apps like 5Nine or VTUtilities).

Is the free hyper-v without a GUI?  Do I run Hyper-v on a Win8 box or on its own one.
