Have a pre-check

Hi,
Is there one way to do "openPopup()" below

<input type="button" id="butt_p1" onclick="openPopup();" style="height:23px; width:97px" value="Delete" />

Open in new window

only when Label "lb_t1.Text" is having a value inside?

Sorry, with these
        function openPopup6() {
            var lblctrl = document.getElementById("lb_pict6");
            if (lblctrl.innerHTML.length > 0) {
                $("#myPanel6").dialog("open");
            }
            return false;
        }

Open in new window

while lb_pict6.Text is having a value inside but the Panel does not come out as expected.
