Configuring Port Channel on Citrix Netscaler

Hi,

I am configuring port channel between Citrix Netscaler and 6500 Cisco Switch. I have 4 ports added in the channel group. I have configured the Subnet IP on the Netscaler. All the configuration is correct and everything is enabled, but still I am not able to ping the SNIP.

The similar configuration I have done between another Citrix Netscaler and another 6500 Cisco Switch, and everything is working fine.

Kindly let me know if any input is required.

Thanks in advance.

Does the switch show the port channel interface and all physical interfaces as up?  Are there any MAC addresses seen on the port with the "show mac address | include pox" command (x should be the port channel number.  And can the switch ping the default gateway or any other IP address that is in the same subnet/VLAN as the Netscalar?

Yes the switch shows all the interfaces which are the member of port channel and port channel interface up. The switch itself is the default gateway for the subnet and it is able to ping other ip's in the same Vlan. Haven't checked the MAC address. Will check and update it.

Also, confirm that the switch and Netscalar are both set to use the same etherchannel protocol, such as LACP.

We are using mode on between Load Balancer and Cisco 6500.

Can you post a screenshot of the switch etherchannel config and Netscalar etherchannel config?

The issue was resolved after restarting both the 6500 switches.
