pdf preview

I have a user using terminal server and outlook 2010
She is unable to preview pdf files - even though I have applied the relevant registry fixes, installed the latest Acrobat reader etc
Can this be a GPO issue
The software is on a windows 64 bit terminal server

    install the PDF on the terminal server ...
