Character set (windows export from oracle database)

I have Oracle 10gR2 database with nls settings:
NLS_LANGUAGE                   AMERICAN
NLS_TERRITORY                  AMERICA
NLS_CHARACTERSET               EE8ISO8859P2

I want to export data to file on windows server 2008 R2 with region and language set to Slovenian. When exporting, special characters like "š" becomes "(c)", and "č" IS "č".

When setting the registry key NLS_LANG and NLS_CHARACTERSET to SLOVENIAN_SLOVENIA.WE8MSWIN1252 then "š" IS "š", but "č" becomes "c".

I have also changed the settings on the ODBC driver to use server settings or even regional client settings, still the output is no different than before.

Does anyone have an idea how to setup these settings that the export would contain characters like š,č,ž ?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You should set NLS_CHARACTERSET to WE8MSWIN1250 or EE8MSWIN1250 because Slovenian language uses Eastern European Code Page 1250.
