Can anyone please help me to modify the Exchange Server 2007 powershell script below to view the current total number of mailbox item and its size in MB ?

Get-MailboxStatistics "HelpDesk" | Sort-Object TotalItemSize -Descending | Select-Object DisplayName,@{Label="Size(GB)"; Expression={$_.TotalItemSize.Value.ToGb()}}, Database, LastLogoffTime, DeletedItemCount, DisconnectDate | ft -auto

I need to know the size of the Inbox folder and the Sent Items as well as other directories.

Thanks for the quick reply, but this is for the Exchange Server 2007 not 2010.

Can you please try with below script:

Get-Mailbox | Select-Object alias | foreach-object {Get-MailboxFolderStatistics -Identity $_.alias | select-object Identity, ItemsInFolder, FolderSize} | Export-csv c:\Statistics.csv -NoTypeInformation

you can change the name of csv file (it will have the statistics of particular mailbox exported).

yes it is almost what I expect, so how to calculate the size to be displayed in Gigabyte ?
and also the time stamp of the email in the folder (eg. the oldest email in the folder or the latest)
