Exchange Message Tracking is not working

Enable Message TrackingMessage Tracking CenterMessage Log FolderHi,
  I have exchange 2003/SBS2003 and just enabled "Message Tracking", but I can't still track messages (when I typed local sender and recipient names)  and I don't see any file in the folder where the log file is supposed to be created.
  Do I have restart Exchange Store in Services.msc?

Could be a rights issue, Try giving everyone access to that directory to see if it is indeed the problem. Make sure to remove access after your testing.

There are two users with full permission:  administrator and domain users.
If that was not enough, I just added "Everyone" and let's see if that does the trick.

That was it. After adding "Everyone" with full permission, I see the log in the folder.
Apparently Domain Users are NOT good enough.
