What isn't working?

Where is that?
Is it in the Record Selection?

What data is in the field?

using the following formula and get "A time is required here" for this part of the formula DateTime (currentdate, 06, 01, 00)

Using this in a running total evluate section

{CurrentAssetReadings.ReadingDateUTC} in Date ({FiscalPeriods.BeginDate}) to DateTime (currentdate, 06, 01, 00)

Try it this way

DateTime (currentdate, Time(06, 01, 00))
