SSRS 2008 add additional group

I have a report that has 2 groups already - campaign and within campaign the report category.  I need to add a 3rd level group so it will be subgroup then campaign and then report category.  I have tried adding another group multiple ways - added a row group, column group, above and below groups but nothing ever gives me what I need.  At best it created a group, but it is within the campaign group so I can't get my 3rd subtotal.  

I've done a few print keys of what it looks like currently and what it looks like when I added a group (and how the group was added).  I'm hoping someone can tell me how to add this outer group successfully. All of the cells have calculated fields so I don't want to create all of those.  (The print key only shows part of the report.)
