Outlook Signature

When I send an e-mail and if someone replies from a smart phone / or tablet I see an old e-mail signature , which is NOT even saved in : OPTIONS > E-mail > Signatures

If I send e-mail from Outlook and someone replies from Outlook : all works fine , NO issue.
But , if recipient replies from an iPhone - at the bottom of original e-mail I see new signature and old signature.

I checked = C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Signatures , , OLD signature not found here.

What can I check?

    Hi Mvalencia2003,

I am bit confuse about your query and I would like to ask first – “Are you getting own old and new signature in incoming email?”

If Yes, then go and use the “Group Policy Object”  to disable all existing signatures within Outlook. Download the similar version of Group Policy Object and disable signature.

For more about Group Policy Object:

You can also take the help of “Reg” value to disable the Outlook signature. MS-Outlook provides an brief KB article on  “How to deploy a default email signature in Outlook” -

Note: Assigning “O” value to reg key can disable signature in Outlook.
