I have a user who is going on secondment for the next couple of months. He has an Outlook 2010 calendar (which I will call his WORK calendar) that is full of meetings / appointments for his current role and which cannot be deleted.
While he is in this new position, he wishes to have a new BLANK calendar to work with, aka start from scratch with no entries however he also needs READ access to his old Work calendar.
The other user that will be replacing his current role will need FULL ACCESS to his WORK calander.
Can this user have 2 calendars associated to his account where he has a new blank personal calendar and a populated Work Calendar (with Read Access)?
We use exchange 2010 in our environment with office 2010.
