carbonite mirror image

G'Day peeps,
I have a client running Carbonite Cloud backup and Mirror Image to a local drive.

In Australia we have poor bandwidth. The files and folders are all taking ages to upload to cloud, most files still say Pending, so in the meantime can we restore individual files from the Carbonite "Mirror Image Snapshot" feature?

If so, how do I get in there to restore my files?

No, I'm afraid you can't.  The Carbonite Mirror Image is an all-or-nothing restore:
If you are doing it on the same PC (or an identical replacement), you should be fine.  If it is different hardware, you're in deep kimchi!
Why do you need to do the restore? (Details, please!)
