Start Query in SSIS- Once Multiple Steps Completed

I have several steps that are running at one time in a single SSIS package (using 2008 MS SQL Server with SSIS). For example, there is a data transformation step,  SQL Statement, etc all running at once. I need some way to say when all of these steps are run successful, only then run a query.  I know how to do this when a single step is done, but not with multiple.

If someone could provide me the steps in detail, that would be great.  Providing just a web link alone may not be enough. I may have some questions etc when I try it.  Please be available for any questions I have when I try would be great.
