Limit the internet bandwidth

Hi All,
 
  I want to limit the internet bandwidth to 5 Mbps for two websites, I'm using cisco ASA 5520, can someone please advise

Policing may (if other qos settings don't conflict) allow you to configure rules (step 9 in particular) for each site

^^^^ That's is a great link, though I would question whether the service policy should ALSO be applied to the inside interface as well.
