How to add notification to Outlook 2013 when sending emails outside organization

Hello all,

we need to figure out a way to have a warning message on our Outlook 2013 when sending emails outside of the organizaiton to other parties that are not part of our organization. Is there any way we could have a pop up message warning prior to sending an email to an outside party that is not on our AD list?

    There are two ways, one through the Shell and other via Exchange Administration Center (EAC). There is a detailed help available on Microsoft Tech Net on this topic:

    However, if you are an advanced user, you might consider using the Exchange Management Shell (Command Line interface for Exchange Server configuration). On how to launch and use the Exchange Management Shell, please refer the guide at:

    Basically, you need to run this command from the Shell:
    Set-OrganizationConfig -MailTipsExternalRecipientsTipsEnabled $true
