"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

On the export tab you should have a checkbox labeled data, uncheck it and it should just be the structure.

yes I know this (it is not a checkbox)thats not really my question
Randy PooleCommented:
That will output your structure, just modify the output to create or change the database name if your wanting to run it against the same server.  If it is against another server you can leave it as is.  Am I missing something?

what are the Object creation options ? also I need to check the custom display for the structure only
Randy PooleCommented:
I don't understand your question

Try copying the entire data base, then using TRUNCATE on all the tables.  I don't know what this might do with foreign key constraints, but it's probably worth a try.
