I was wondering which certification scenario below would be the easiest and quickest to complete.

1)  A+, Network+, Server+

2) Windows Server 2008 MCSA

The CompTIA (A+, Network+, and Server+) certifications are going to be easier than the Microsoft (MCSA) certification.  All of these are good to have, though the CompTIA certifications will be more generic and the Microsoft certifications will probably be worth more money.

Did you say the Comptia will be worth more money?

Which is worth more will depend on the job you get, but in general I would expect the Microsoft certification to bring more money.  It will also likely be more expensive to obtain.

all I'm looking for is certs I can get that are the quickest to get.  I might be getting a net admin job sometime at the end of the year and I do not have any certs so I want to get at least a few comptia ones on my resume.

Depending on the training course(s) and your effort, you could do all these certs by the end of the year.  I'd start with the CompTIA ones as they'll likely be the easiest and therefore the fastest, then pursue the Microsoft one(s) at your leisure.
