IIS 8.5 create domain cerificate problem

I have a windows 2008 R2 DC (CA is installed here)
I have a Windows 2008 R2 IIS server
I have a windows 2012 IIS server

IIS 7.5 has 2 domain certificate from my DC, no problems

But in IIS 8.5, the "specify online Certifcation Authority"  is greyed out and not selectable.

If i try to do a request on the IIS 8.5 server using the Certificate enrollment policy wizard I get this

" the parameter is in correct. 0x80070057 (WIN32: 87 ERROR_INVALID_PARAMETER)"

I checked the template and I added the computer to it and gave it read and enroll access on the web template.

I can't tell where the problem is
