How do you change the ask config from DSL to tls?  This is for Debian Linux and Apache 2.

No idea what you mean by ASK, but for tls 1.2 you need openssl 1.0.1 that usually comes as update from debian.
Once ssl3 and better works you can disable ssl 2 in apache completely
