Citrix XenApp 6.5 session expired

'UserX' needs to logon to a Web-based application via Citrix.  UserX logs into Citrix with domain credentials then selects the Web app from a list of available apps.  UserX enters credentials supplied by Web app.  UserX receives the error 'Your session has expired.  Please re-login'.  The rest of the Citrix applications work fine.  If I logon to Citrix with my domain credentials and select the same application, I am able to logon to the Web app with UserX's credentials and it works fine.  I copied my account in Active Directory and named it 'Test'.  I logged into Citrix with 'Test', tried to open the Web app and received the same 'expired' error.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

seems to be an error within the app. try to copy you userprofile to the TEST-user.
which app has this problem?
If other apps work without problems this is not a citrix problem mostly.

The issue could either be that the previous session fell into a disconnected state and never fully closed or the backend isn't fully closing out the user session.

When this occurs, check the console in order to determine whether an existing session still exists for that user within Citrix.  Is there a port used to the backend that you can check as well?

If you set the browser exe within the LogoffCheckSysModules key, the browser session will be forced to close at logoff.
