What's wrong with my excel formula?

Why is this giving me an error?  c3, d3, and e3 are numeric and formatted as such:

=IF(c3 > 0 and (d3 > 0 or e3 > 0),1,0)

Thanks...

Use AND/OR as a function with the expressions as arguments:
=IF(AND(C3 > 0, OR(D3 > 0, E3 > 0)),1,0)
