Hi guys.

My client has a question which I am unsure on the answer.
I have her setup using a hosted exchange service.

Her main address is she also has an admin account

I have set up her Outlook 2013 to have Kate as the main address and admin viewable.

The issue.

She sends from and her main address.

The issue is when she sends from the admin account it is showing up as sent in the sent items instead of admin,

Do you guys have a fix for this issue ?

this is a difference between Send On Behalf and Send As.
By default Send On Behalf is forced and e-mail ends up in Primary mailbox.

To make the e-mail go into Secondary mailbox folder you need to grant Full Access rights:

Add-MailboxPermission -Identity "Terry Adams" -User KevinKelly -AccessRights FullAccess
