run dcpromo -> Select "AAdd A Domain Controller To An Existing Domain", when asked install also DNS server and make sure with options, because few company use external tool to maintain the DNS.

To add server to a domain http://www.vkernel.ro/blog/creating-an-additional-domain-controller-in-an-existing-domain

Before you remove DC from AD forest, please make sure with below components.
Global Catalog, FSMO Roles

goto run -> type dcpromo -> Open Active Directory Installation Wizard, -> click Next -> On Remove Active Directory page, click Next

what version of windows?
if 2012/2012 R2 then use server manager since there is no dcpromo
you add or remove the ADDS service from there

Please make sure to add India site into Active Directory Site, so AD automatically determines sync parameters.
Everything else is pretty straightforward: install Active Directory Management Tools using server manager -> dcpromo

Same thing to decommission domain controller: dcpromo and follow the wizardd

Seth SimmonsSr. Systems AdministratorCommented:
you need to create the site in AD sites and services
you also need to create the subnet that is used there and associate that with the india site
once the server is on the network, it will be part of the india site; after running dcpromo and making a domain controller, you will see the server in the india site in AD sites and services

also, the KCC will automatically create intersite replication connections between that site and another site for replication

@Sith Simmons, So you mean it will add automatically under AD sites when I run dc promo right. already 5 server from india added to the same domain, will it cause any issue?

as long as the subnet is added to that site it will put it there
5 member servers or 5 domain controllers?  either way won't be affected but good that the site will exist because clients will first look for a domain controller in its own site first
