Windows DNS configuration with child domains

I have a network with 1 parent domain AA.Local and 2 child domains BB.Local and CC.Local. There are two domain controllers in each domain. What is the correct way to setup DNS for this network. The DNS servers will use AD Integrated DNS.

You will want to set up DNS replication so that each domain controller is the backup secondary DNS for the .com zones. Then they will replicate changes, etc between the two servers. For more details on how to do it step by step, you can refer to this link....
