Exporting Mailbox - PowerShell

Morning,

I have been trying to find some code online for PowerShell that will allow me to export a .pst from Exchange for a certain time range. (I am fully aware of how to export a .pst file from Exchange using PowerShell)

Example:
Export John Smith mailbox to .pst for date ranging from 1/1/2014 to 7/1/2014.

I basically want to capture only the mail sent and received from that time range. Nothing from previous dates.

Unfortunately I have been unsuccessful in finding the necessary info for completing this task.

Any assistance on this matter would be great.

Thank you.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
