PHP to email error

Hi guys,

AM trying to use php form to email some questions direct to my email address. However it seems to fail permanently.

Using IIS7. The attached error keeps on popping out after user presses submit.

Some people have asked me to change the php.ini settings but not able to find this file.

Someone please help. Thanks!

Is this using a local SMTP server?
Is the local SMTP server running?

In php.ini have you set these two values (changing them as necessary)
smtp = localhost
smtp_port = 25
