Outlook calling me to log in 4 or 5 times a day

In the past week suddenly I get this POP from Outlook:

I can't imagine why or what the fix would be?

    I don't condone it but are you checking the box to save that password?

    Good question Ben ;-)  and is the password correctly set in the mail properties?

    When I first launch Outlook I'm not asked for a password, but I can see why you all asked. Let me check my settings first.

    Actually, in the settings it is checked to save in password list. Hmmm....let me monitor it more today

    Sounds like the password changed/was changed and teh saved one is incorrect.
