Confused what you are trying to get, there are no inputs or text type elements in the fiddle.

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

If you want to get the name value of element with a specific ID then use

$("#Comments2").attr("name")

http://jsfiddle.net/UugWW/144/

Else it is still not making sense
