iPhone - Forwarding of Messages

I have a client who receives a lot of messages every day. He manages security for a rather large shopping mall. Voice mails that he receives on his land line are automatically transferred to his computer and then from his computer to his iPhone. Everything is fine going to his computer but when the message is transferred to his iPhone the header always shows the name and home phone number of his administrative assistant rather than the information form the caller. How do I change this so that when a call is transferred from his computer he can tell at a glance who it is from?

Thank you!

Robert

Turns out he had his forwarding attached to his admin asst's number in his iPhone. Once we removed her email address from her home phone # the problem was solved.
