I have a SSIS package which calls Exe when I run the package from Microsoft visual studio the package runs fine but when I run the package from sql server agent job I'm getting error

To run a SSIS package outside of SQL Server Data Tools you must install Execute C#

The only difference is when you running it is using integrated windows authentication SSPI , when you running under the agent it might be using the agent service account which might not have the previllges it needs to run the exe

Agent job security
Grant agent service account required privilleges to run the exe or create a proxy account

let me know if you need help to create the proxy account

Agent service account has the privilleges to run the exe because when I try to run the exe by it self with out SSIS pachage  from sql server agent where job type = "Operation System (CmdExec)"  then exe successfully executed.

What task are you using in ssis (execute process task) ? does your exe return a return code when it is success

If you are using process task make sure you set the proper working directory
